Beef Masala

Ingredients

250 grams Beef cubed
1 Onion sliced
1 Tomato chopped
4 green chillies chopped
1 tablespoon ginger garlic paste
1 teaspoon pepper powder
1 teaspoon red chilli powder
½ teaspoon turmeric powder
1 tablespoon corriander powder
½ teaspoon jeera powder
Salt to taste
2 tablespoon oil
A few curry leaves
Corriander leaves and ginger juliens to garnish

Preparation

1. Pressure cook beef with pepper powder, ½ the ginger garlic paste, green chillies and salt.
2. Heat oil; add sliced onions; saute till brown.
3. Add the remaining ginger garlic paste, saute.
4. Add the tomatoes and cook till oil separates.
5. Add all red chilli, turmeric, jeera and corriander powder.
6. Add the pressure cooked beef to the mixture.
7. Mix well and cook on low flame till the gravy is thick.
8. Serve garnished with corriander leaves and ginger juliens.
