Biryani Masala


1 tablespoon Cloves
3 one-inch piece Cinnamon sticks
5 Cardamon
1 teaspoon Saunf (Anise Seeds)
½ teaspoon Jeera (Cumin Seeds)


1. Slightly dry roast the whole masalas.
2. Cool and powder coarsely.
3. Store in a airtight container.
