Vegetable Fried Rice



2 cups cooked Rice
2 tablespoon Oil
2 medium sized Onions chopped
1 cup Cabbage grated
1/2 cup Beans chopped
1/2 cup Green peas crushed
1/2 cup Carrot grated
1/2 cup Capsicum chopped
2 tablespoon Tomato Sauce
1 teaspoon Chilli Sauce
1 teaspoon Soya Sauce
Salt to taste
Spring Onions to garnish


1. Heat Oil, add onions and fry till they soften.
2. Add Cabbage, Carrot, Beans, Peas, Capsicum and continue stirring for a few minutes.
3. Don’t let the vegetables lose their color.
4. Add all the sauces, salt and cooked rice.
5. Mix well and cook on low heat for one minute.
6. Transfer to a serving bowl.
7. Garnish with Spring onions before serving.
